Poonam Patel
Hi, I’m Poonam. I’m a nurse practitioner turned healthcare executive — and a South Asian–born American woman.
For the last twenty years, I’ve spent my career helping others heal and leading at high levels, while quietly carrying the expectation to hold it all together myself.
Somewhere between caring for others, building a career, raising a family, and learning how to keep going, I began to lose touch with myself in the process.
The Lantern Method grew from that experience — and from the realization that many of us learn how to function long before we learn how to stay connected to ourselves.
